Andrew General Contractors a Finalist for ‘Best Places to Work’ Award
Andrew General Contractors (AGC) has been named a finalist in the Orlando Business Journal’s 2016 “Best Places to Work” competition.
Designed to honor the area’s leading employers, the award recognizes companies that go beyond the norm to foster an enjoyable and meaningful work environment. Winners will be featured in the business journal’s June 24 issue.
“The success of this company is a direct result of the 12 quality employees we have on staff,” said Todd Andrew, president of AGC. “Together, we strive to create the best workplace possible – and that commitment naturally translates to excellence on the worksite, as well as highly satisfied customers.”
For a business to qualify, employees take an anonymous, independently administered survey that ranks their responses in 10 categories: team effectiveness, retention risk, alignment with goals, trust with co-workers, individual contribution, manager effectiveness, trust in senior leaders, feeling valued, satisfaction with current role, and people practices.
Celebrating its 20th year as one of the region’s leading general contractors – and recently named one of Central Florida’s 50 fastest-growing companies – AGC is a full-service firm that specializes in commercial ground-up construction, interior buildouts and renovations.
