Andrew General Contractors Begins Renovations on Knight Dermatology’s New Winter Park Location

Orlando, FL, May 19, 2021 – Knight Dermatology is expanding its practice with a new Winter Park location to serve patients in Central Florida more conveniently. Dr. J. Matthew Knight, President of Knight Dermatology, worked with Jonathan Clayton, Director with Bishop Beale Duncan Real Estate, to procure their third location at 1901 Lee Road in Winter Park.

Knight Dermatology has chosen Andrew General Contractors as its design-build construction partner for interior renovations. The project will modernize and upgrade the existing facility with five exam rooms, six procedure rooms, and a Mohs lab. Construction is expected to last 16 weeks, with an anticipated opening in early October.
