Apopka Plaza Retail Building

Andrew General Contractors updated the 10,000 SF Apopka Plaza Retail Building for Prince Bush Investments. The retail center was abandoned for two years and required comprehensive renovations. The weather-damaged sheathing was removed, and new DensGlass Gold sheathing was installed. Wire lathe, stucco, and new EIFS trim were installed around the entire building. We worked on the partially completed site and finished all utilities and site paving to meet current codes. The project also included the construction of six vanilla shell tenant spaces inside the building.
