AVT Simulation
Andrew General Contractors completed the 46,000 SF ground-up design-assist project for AVT Simulation. This 3-story, new construction project incorporated tilt-wall panels, structural steel, and unique finishes. The use of Nichiha Fiber Cement Vintage Wood provides the warm look of natural wood while being eco-friendly. Aluminum awnings are visually appealing and offer passive shading for the windows.
