Knight Dermatology Winter Park

Andrew General Contractors performed comprehensive renovations for the new Knight Dermatology Institute location in Winter Park, FL. The existing 4,886 SF building received a complete interior renovation, creating space for five exam rooms, six operating rooms, a Mohs lab, and office space. The project scope included an LED lighting package designed specifically for dermatological exams, LED surgical lighting, and custom exam and operating room millwork. In addition to energy-efficient lighting, HVAC, and plumbing fixtures, spray foam insulation was added to the roof system to enhance the building envelope and reduce energy costs.

This design-build project included architectural services performed by Houseman Architecture.
