Old Florida National Bank

Andrew General Contractors performed comprehensive renovations for Old Florida National Bank on Orange Avenue in Orlando. The 6,000 SF, two-story building, was updated with a new first-floor branch bank, high-tech executive conference room, and executive offices. The addition to the building included a reinforced concrete block elevator shaft, Kone ECO Space MRL elevator, and two fire egress stairwells. Parking lot modifications, DOT driveway improvements, concrete ADA ramps, new drive-thru teller line, and upgraded landscape were all provided.
