“This letter has been a long time coming. I’ve worked on numerous projects with John Sokol for the past year, and each time his work exceeds my expectations. Recently he and I worked on 600 E. Washington, a complicated project requiring delicate management of building occupants, sub-contractors and City inspectors. John, being an experienced tactician, embraced the challenge.

Not only did John skillfully handle a major change of direction at the beginning of the project, but I saw first-hand his ability to juggle his City and sub contractor base connections to ensure a beautiful project.
