Andrew General Contractors was hired to complete the construction of our company’s third and largest dermatology medical billing office. I have project managed several locations for the company and my favorite thus far has been working with the AGC team. After several companies bid on the job, I selected AGC based on their portfolio, professionalism, competitive pricing, attention to detail, and above all – their stellar communication.

Our project involved turning a 4,000 sq. ft. open retail space into a multi-function office setting. AGC took on our project after a different company over promised and failed to deliver. With five months wasted, time against us, and plans already in hand, AGC had no hesitations in tackling our job. Rick Snyder, our project manager was upfront with the timeframe, cost, and anticipated obstacles. He was proactive and created solutions with transparency. John Sokol, his site superintendent, followed Rick’s lead and gave updates and projected lead times for different milestones. Owner, Todd Andrew, was always readily available and his confidence in his team was evident throughout the process.

It is with no hesitation that we would highly recommend Andrew General Contractors to anyone considering a renovation or buildout. The final project came out clean, professional and there were no loose ends that needed to be addressed. Should we open a fourth location, we will most certainly be using Andrew General Contractors again.
